Cancelation sounds inconvenient and it is, for you as well as for us. It is a pity if rooms remain empty when other people would have enjoyed visiting. However, unforeseen circumstances can occur.
Our request: Please notify us in advance – we will try to accommodate you. Other: Cancelations are valid only in writing.
Cancelations up to 7 days prior to check in are not subject to charges. Later cancelations will be charged at 80% of the first night’s rate. Failure to cancel will be charged at 80 % of all booked overnight rates.

Generally, the regulations pursuant of the German Accommodation Law shall apply.

you consider taking out a travel cancellation insurance policy.
ERV (Europäische Reiseversicherung - European Travel Insurance) offers such
a policy that will reimburse the cost of a cancellation even when a family member
is affected.
