Minimum Stay
The minimum stay is 4 nights (1 – 3 nights upon request).
Special rates apply for longer stays.
For 1 – 3 nights, as well as for stays of 30 days or more, please contact us!

You can reach us by phone daily at the following times:
From 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Cancellation
...sounds unpleasant, and it is – for you as well as for us.
It’s a shame when rooms remain empty even though others would have loved to stay.
On the other hand, unexpected things can happen to anyone!
Therefore, our request:
Please inform us in good time – we try to be understanding!
Otherwise, the following cancellation conditions are part of our terms and conditions:
- Cancellations are valid only in writing!
- Cancellations made up to the 6th day before the arrival date are free of charge.
- If the cancellation occurs up to the 6th day before the arrival date, any deposits already paid will be refunded. For later cancellations, deposits paid up to that date will not be refunded.
- Later cancellations will be charged with 80% of the price of the first night.
- Failure to cancel will be charged with 80% of the price of allnights.
- Early departure: In case of early departure, 80% of the remaining days will be charged.
- In case of no-show without notice, the apartment will be released for rental 24 hours after the scheduled arrival date. The right to occupy the apartment then no longer exists.
- In principle, the provisions of the German Accommodation Act apply.
