Birnbaumhof is a guesthouse, not a hotel, so we don't have a traditional reception. Below you will find the most important information for your stay with us.

 

Arrival & Check-out


Check-in: 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

  • Earlier arrivals are possible by arrangement.
  • Arrivals after 7:00 p.m. are only possible by prior agreement.
  • Please contact us during business hours. Without confirmation, your booking cannot be guaranteed after 8:00 p.m.; in this case, no-show fees will apply.

Check-out: 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.

Note: Unused services will not be refunded.
 

Payment


Payment is possible in cash or by EC, Maestro, Visa, and MasterCard.
 

Guest Information


Children
Our holiday apartments are intended for adults only. We recommend stays with children from 16 years onward.

Pets
Unfortunately, we can no longer accommodate pets.

Bicycle & Motorcycle Parking

  • Free sheltered parking for bicycles and motorcycles.
  • Important: For insurance reasons, e-bike batteries may not be brought into the apartments.


Smoking

  • Our guesthouse is a non-smoking property.
  • Designated smoking areas are available on balconies or marked outdoor spaces.
  • In case of violation, a cleaning fee of €150 will be charged.


Internet
Free Wi-Fi in all rooms.

Parking
Free parking is available for our guests.
Short-term loading and unloading is possible directly at the property.
